How have you been doing, loves? The weather in Bangalore is beautiful right now, transitioning into this city’s version of fall. That means lovely, cloudy skies and pleasant curl-up-in-your-blanket weather that makes you think of all the good things – hot cocoa, a great book, and boots.

How has the past month been treating you so far? I’ve been counting down to my last visit home before my brother gets married. With less than two weeks to go now, there’s a lot of excitement at home and so much to look forward to. Towards the end of March I had the chance to visit the place I will always, always call my home, back in Gurgaon, for the last time before the wedding and the new changes to our family.
The end of summer is approaching, and here in Bangalore it means that the trees look lovelier than usual, with their foliage and flowers making for a beautiful picture wherever you go. It’s the season for colour, and given my general leaning towards fun, bright colours it was of course bound to happen that I’d come up with a new outfit of the day that focused on bright tangerine!
What’s summer all about? For me it’s bright colours, weather that blows hot and cold (when rainy Bangalore strikes) and tons of indulgence (cold desserts, mangoes, pina coladas, iced tea and everything in between!). It was a slightly sultry summer evening when we decided to start with our very first fashion shoot, and it’s quite interesting how we met. I chanced upon a rather talented photographer (check out her work btw, she’s pretty amazing and from Delhi) who I chatted with on Facebook and the natural progression was to become friends on the platform. When I’d mentioned wanting to collaborate with someone for my next shoot, she tagged her Bangalore friend, equally freaking talented. Starbucks meetup happened and voila. I absolutely loved shooting with her, and I’m looking forward to the next one! I hope you like the photos as much as I did.
It’s been a while since I posted on here – a lot has been happening over the past few weeks, one being that my faithful HTC One M8 Eye has mysteriously stopped working after just a year – with all the pictures and updates I created for this blog, in it. That was rather hard on my schedule, with so much pending work for the blog lost on that, and it’s left me feeling very low indeed. I’ve also been keeping very ill, as those who follow me on Snapchat would know, it got so bad I had to take a break from everything. As I work hard to get things back on track, I decided to do a new outfit of the day post, this time, inspired by the glorious Bangalore weather which by the way is BACK! Oh how we’ve missed you.
This week’s outfit of the day is inspired by Pantone’s rather muted, elegant colours of the year, Rose Quartz and Serenity. There’s a very interesting thought here, considering that these two colours are essentially more pastel, Spring-themed versions of blue and pink.
Springtime brings with it a lot of different things. Springtime in Delhi is about the beautiful weather, when winter’s making its retreat and summer is imminent; when Holi signals the official start of the season, when the flowers are in full bloom and the Mughal Gardens look stunning, when so many music and food fests start.

This is my Valentine’s Day outfit post. I hope you like it!
Close your eyes, and think about who comes into your mind whenever you have exciting news, or when you find a song that perks you up all day. Someone who pops into your head the moment you find a new dessert, a new restaurant, a new movie, or just when you’re bored. Or not bored. Chances are, they’re ‘the one’.
Colours. I have a very interesting relationship with them. There are times when I’d like nothing than to put together something in classic all-black or monochrome and enjoy my morning coffee. Then there’s those moments when I just need something fun and colourful, when I’m ‘hangin’ around and I’ve got nothing to do’. Instant mood-lifter. It’s incredible. These are times when I’d love to go out exploring, discover an all-new ‘regular haunt’ and hunt for unique additions to my wardrobe.
