Ever since I was little, I’ve preferred North Indian food due to my upbringing in the national capital region. So when I was invited to the launch Made in Punjab, the latest venture from the renowned Zorawar Kalra, I was definitely interested in experiencing how Punjabi cuisine would be reimagined. Recently, Chef Harpal Singh inaugurated his first fine dining restaurant venture, ‘A Twist of Tadka‘, at the newly established business hotel, Stylotel, near Brigade Towers in Bangalore. The restaurant is a culmination of his approach to food, his expertise and his desire to share his love for cooking and Punjabi cuisine with the world.
