Kairali Ayurvedic Centre Delhi – Nasya Panchkarma Spa Treatment Review
The best way to experience and appreciate any Kairali Ayurvedic spa treatment is to go in there with a sore, broken and overworked body and let the people in there work their magic on you. Yes, you’ll have to take off all your clothes including your underwear. Let go of any pestering thoughts and close your eyes.
Get the head massage even if you are as anti-oil as I am. Your hair will be a bit greasy, but your scalp and your pores will thank you. Plus, you can always wash off the grease.
In the early minutes of the Kairali Ayurvedic spa treatment you’ll be asked about the pressure, the frequency and a few more things and you can adjust them according to your preferences. The more honest you are there, the better you’ll feel at the end.
Tip: Try to not wear a lot of trinkets because it is a hassle taking it off and putting it back on. Although all that you take there will be under lock and key, your mind will still wander and fret. So, just remove everything at home and then go there.
The therapy lasts for a hour and that is enough to set you right. Pains and aches from months and months ago will leave your body and you’ll feel lighter by a few pounds. The hands that’ll rid of your pain are exceptionally trained and you’ll feel the years of experience when they work on your body.
Pro tip: Do not get up immediately after the session. Just lie still and slowly raise your body. There is no one to judge what you look like. Forget about it.
After the therapy comes the steaming and the most interesting thing about it is the contraption. Sit in there and make sure you are okay with the temperature. Then, let sweat carry away the muck in your pores.
Shower up and remember to use everything as directed. If you run out of anything, knock and ask. It’ll be given to you. While it is tempting to walk out without looking at the floor, make sure you do. The place treated you very well, do not leave a mess behind.
Try the tea they serve you at the end. It is phenomenal. Thank your therapists. They deserve every bit of gratitude you’ve got to offer.
Sleep in the car on your way home. Do not move a muscle. Order take out, drink some wine and watch a feel good movie. Don’t check your mail. Don’t answer work calls.
After my experience I was sent three products to use and review.
Kaircin Ayurvedic Saffron Facial oil
Use drops of it on your face before you go to sleep. If you have skin as dry as mine, you’ll see a brilliant improvement in the texture in about a week. It won’t stain anything or leave marks or get messy. A perfect fit into your nightly routine.
Kairpack Ayurvedic Face Pack Powder
If you’ve spent the week hustling and braving dust and grime, put this on and let sit for 15 minutes. Wash off and follow up with Kaircin. Drift off to sleep.
Kairbal Ayurvedic Cleansing Powder
This is what you’ll use to wash off your body post therapy and it is good to use it maybe twice a month when you think you need a good exfoliating. If you use it too often, you’ll leave your skin vulnerable. It is a brilliant product, if used in moderation.
Life hack: The wedding season is in full swing. If you are looking for a good haldi gift for a friend’s wedding, (yes, those are a thing now), just pick up a few Kairali boxes and you at done. They are personalized, tailored and beautiful and will definitely stand out.
