I’ve always dreamed of getting my own home someday. The house I grew up in, back in Gurgaon, is full of fond old memories. Located in the corner, with a lovely courtyard and big windows to bring in the sunlight. It has a lot of plants and flowers and space for my cat to play around. A place that I love and cherish. I still get goosebumps when the house comes into view as I get down from the cab and go inside.
My vision of my dream home
That’s why when I think of my own future dream home, I’ve already built up so many images in my mind.
I dream of owning a gorgeous luxury villa, with an even more lovely view of the gardens and clean, green surroundings. The porch would overlook a neat lawn with sunflowers, hollyhocks, and ivy climbing up on the walls. The villa would have plenty of natural light coming in, and we would sit down for breakfast or tea in the lawn while indulging in light conversation. During hot summer days, I’d prefer going for a swim in the pool after a vigorous workout at the gym.
The interiors of my dream home
When it comes to decorating, I’m a big fan of solid colours and minimalist design with a few rustic touches. The living room would have neat modernist sofas with a centre table that I would decorate with bunches of wildflowers in a vase. I would love a lot of art and framed photographs up on the wall. The kitchen would be spacious with the most modern appliances that make it easy to whip up a fresh and healthy meal. The dining area would be furnished with an oak or birch table and a well-stocked bar cabinet.
My favourite part would be my workspace. I’ve always dreamed of decorating my dream workspace as an influencer just the way I’ve seen on Pinterest! It would be so exciting to put together a room for this. It would have a big cork board where I would put up notices, reminders and cards. A pretty marquee light display, and a few potted succulents for my desk.
The desk would be made of polished wood with a swivel chair to sit on. A corner with lots of colourful cushions and a faux fur rug for when I need to gather my thoughts. Also, pretty stationery as well as a mailbox for all my PR emails.
The bathrooms would have a jacuzzi installed, and I would add elements of green here too with little-potted plants on the windows.
Finally, the bedrooms would feature beautiful art on the walls and a large window for fresh air.
Real estate in India
I’ve built up this little dream in my head for quite a while now. As I grow in my career, I’ve often thought of how to make this dream come true, even if it takes a couple of years. Real estate in India is booming, and there are a million choices! Each real estate company in India has its array of homes with offers on EMI and more.
As I did my research on some of India’s best real estate companies, I came across Casagrand. Casagrand is South India’s leading real estate company. They’ve completed projects of over 9 million sq. ft. in prime locations, and have projects of over 6500 crores in the pipeline. Also, unlike most claims I have seen, their properties are actually located in or close to the areas they mention.
Casagrand Neona Review
While browsing through their projects, Casagrand Neona caught my eye because it has just what I’ve dreamed of. It’s a project that has gorgeous 3BHK and 4BHK luxury villas in Sarjapur. It’s also close to places we frequent, like HSR Layout and Koramangala.
Each villa has its own private garden and this was my favourite part. It’s also located in proximity to international schools, hospitals and more. There are 47 such villas in Casagrand Neona, across a sprawling area of 3.5 acres.
I can picture the two of us relaxing in one of these beautiful luxury villas and not having to worry about being too far from all the places we love. The contemporary style of the architecture of these villas is just perfect. Also, they come with 2 living rooms in both the 3BHK and 4BHK variants.
Factors to be considered while buying my dream home
When choosing a home, price definitely matters. Casagrand Neona in comparison is one of the best-priced luxury villas in Bangalore. At Rs. 1.2 cr onwards for 3BHK villas to Rs. 1.39 cr onwards for 4BHK it’s definitely competitive. Also, this is for villas upto 2591 sq ft in built up area.
Want to know the best part? The construction is already in process. So you won’t have to worry about waiting too long after the down payment. Looking to buy a villa as an investment? You can avail of an assured rental benefit of Rs. 35,000 per month as well.
Casagrand is a reputed builder for its fabulous properties at the most competitive rates. Buying one of their luxury villas in Bangalore is my mid-long term dream. If you loved this glimpse into their offering, book your dream luxury villa in Bangalore here!
