Everyone’s favourite Hard Rock Cafe recently came out with the World Burger Tour this month, that brings together some of the most exquisite burger recipes inspired by cuisines from around the world. Let me take you through some of the delicious burgers and cocktails we got to experience.
Cocktails: The bar at Hard Rock Cafe always keeps it innovative with some interesting blends, which I’d tried once before too if you remember here. My favourites were the Watermelon Hoedown and the Cranberry Lychee Margarita. You should also try the signature classic which is the Bulldog Margarita – Corona with tequila, orange juice, lime juice and orange liqueur.
Burgers: I tried the vegetarian burgers though the signature one for non veggies would be the Tennessee BBQ burger and the Sucker Punch (Las Vegas) – those were popularly agreed upon as the must trys. All the burgers come with a side of fries and sauce. There are three types of fries to choose from – Chilli Seasoned Fries with Chipotle Garlic, Garlic Fries with Garlic Aioli and I loved the fries – crispy, thick and well-made.
Among the vegetarian burgers, my favourite was the Quesadilla Burger from Mexico. The enchilada salsa created a burst of flavour along with the veggies traditionally included in a quesadilla, and the Swiss cheese made the whole burger so irresistible.
The New Delhi burger is the closest you can get to a regular burger stand in the capital. A soft on the inside yet crispy on the outside herbed lentil patty and a spiced vegetable patty, covered with spicy sauce and marinated tomato.
The Riviera burger is my second favourite – the spicy mango aioli mingled with cheddar cheese lent it the true flavours of the Mediterranean. What burgers would you like to try? Head to any of the Hard Rock Cafe outlets to check out and choose your favourites!
